Delivery Information

Order Processing:
All orders placed on elroycook.com are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): 5–8 business days
  • Express Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by country and customs regulations)

Please note that during holiday seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

Shipping Costs:

Customs and Import Duties:

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
